This course examines artificial intelligence (AI) through core sociological perspectives, analyzing its impact on social inequality, organizations, family dynamics, education, healthcare, and work. Students investigate how AI transforms social interactions, institutional processes, collective behaviour, and meaning-making while also considering power relations, inequality reproduction, and emerging forms of social organization.
